More About Molly

Molly's Story

Molly brings a wide variety of background and expertise in business development to any organization. Being originally from Iowa and growing up in Puerto Rico, she learned that all business negotiations start with hard work and building a strong relationship. After graduating from the University of Miami with a BBA in Business Management and minors in Spanish and Marketing, she helped build an outdoor advertising company from the ground up, quickly closing deals on major college campuses. She then got her Florida Real Estate License and had a brief stint in commercial real estate for CBRE.  Realizing she needed something different, she then transitioned into brand development with the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball tour where she worked with sponsors on local experiential marketing strategies along tour stops across the US to drive attendance for the events. From there she caught the attention of the Pernod Ricard team for Legacy Marketing Partners and worked in wine and spirits in sales and trade marketing for the next four years alongside Pernod Ricard’s West Coast Division in Southern California.

Then it became time for Molly to face herself and her lifestyle which led her down the road of recovery from alcohol abuse and addiction. This major life transition took her back into the office and she learned how to hustle under The Creative Group at Robert Half making 100+ cold calls a day in business development and gained the nickname Mollserati. Like a fast, expensive car, she strapped into work and made deals with hustle and heart by getting the attention of her prospects and moving quickly to make it happen. It wasn’t long before she landed the role of Business Development Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company where she was responsible for Licensed Store deals throughout Los Angeles and Central California. During her time in that role, Molly placed the first Starbucks inside the US National Park System at Yosemite National Park. Through controversy, blood, sweat, and tears dealing with local organizations fighting to keep out big brands, she persevered in negotiations with Aramark and Yosemite’s Administration, which made national news for Starbucks opening what was considered the stores most sustainable venture in the US through its Greener Apron program and the National Park Conservation Association’s Zero Landfill Initiative.

During her time at Starbucks she was also involved in the Women’s Initiative Network and after facilitating the inaugural launch of a book club geared for women in leadership, she realized she was made for more. It was then she saw a need to enhance women’s recovery journey outside of the 12 steps and created the recovery coaching community reCREATE recovery. It began as a weekly in person group meeting and moved online in 2020 for meetings and one on one coaching. She then set out on her leadership journey that took her through Transformational Training workshops where she learned the Art of Enrollment and quickly became the standout leader of the team. She caught the attention of teammate Michelle Weinstein aka The Pitch Queen who started grooming her into the online digital marketing and coaching space to be a commission only closer with high ticket sales. She furthered her skills by taking additional sales training and picking up a side hustle in this industry.

Her career in Corporate America was coming to an end, but there were major projects she was determined to close. When her organization transferred to Nestle USA after the licensing deal with Starbucks, she negotiated a five-year, $3M contract with Levy and Mammoth Resorts as the exclusive property throughout its 18 food service venues. As California shut down during the pandemic, she jumped back into book club facilitation and went through training on sales books to enhance negotiation and selling skills for her organization within Nestle Coffee Partners. And being that she had doubled her income in the side hustle and was ready to create a new path she left the organization and moved across the country back to The Sunshine State.

She then founded and created the REAL discovery to create a value driven community for business owners and closers. As a Fractional Chief Enrollment Officer and Breakthrough Coach she humbly served business owners and sales reps in the online high ticket space to overcome their own self-limiting beliefs that hold them back from truly enrolling their employees, on their sales calls and ultimately growing their businesses exponentially. Molly has built and scaled sales teams, created sales and marketing materials, and implemented processes and strategies to grow the business.

She believes in heart centered influence in order to do the hard work on herself first. This way she can lead others in seeing the vision of what is possible for their future when they are able to get honest and move forward with the utmost integrity to create a purpose driven life. At work she operates by the principles of extreme ownership and consistently guides her teams into how they can find solutions through taking radical responsibility.

In her spare time, Molly is active reader, podcast listener and forever student. She enjoys playing Pickleball, Hiking, Board and Arcade Games, Going to the Gym, Theme Parks, Movies, Crime Shows, Dinner with Friends, Museums, Traveling and Concerts. She is also fiercely dedicated to her passion of helping women to overcome the things she has overcome herself. As a result, she is currently writing a book for women and building a coaching brand around the idea of helping those same women to become UNDEFENDED in their communication and relationships.
